"Central Health Discount Medical Program", offered by Central Health Discount Programs, Inc., is a community service program. Our goal is to provide a medical savings program for the uninsured, underinsured, and the uninsurable consumers through a membership organization. Members of a discount program are entitled to receive quality healthcare at a considerable discount (Savings can range from 20% UP TO 80%). Participating providers such as physicians, hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and other ancillary services of this program agree to give discounts to the members at a negotiated discount rate, which typically was offered only to large insurance companies.

In today's healthcare industry, many people can no longer afford to buy the kinds of healthcare insurance coverage they want. This Medical Discount Program is a much-welcomed considerable reduction on all types of medical expenses, providing freedom of access to healthcare, while at the same time help the medical community to receive prompt payment for their services.

Since this is NOT A HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN, there are no pre-existing condition limitations, no waiting periods, no limit to the care you can receive or the specialists you are allowed to see, and no claim forms to submit.

You as a member are responsible for the full payment for the services rendered. The Fee Schedule included in the Provider Directory is only a guideline of charge. Actual Fee charged by your provider may differ. Make sure you confirm with your provider on the rates prior to receiving the service. Central Health Discount Program, Inc. will not be responsible for any incurred payments of your services. The Provider Directory and Fee Schedule will be updated periodically to reflect the most current negotiated rates and participating providers.
