Health MSO, Inc. (CHM) is a management service organization formed in
March 1999 by a group of physicians interested in serving the needs of
the providers in the managed care industry. Due to the lack of services
experienced by working with some existing MSOs, these physicians were
impelled to establish a more service-oriented type of Management Company.
Our Vision is to provide the best possible service
to the providers with a personalized touch.
The goal is to develop a management company where by the IPA's,
Medical Group, and managed hospitals will have a coordinated cost effective
delivery system where quality healthcare is achieved. Together, members
and providers can work toward a common goal of health wellness and preventive
medicine. As needs arise, plan members will feel comfortable knowing that
they will receive care from the finest physicians practicing medicine.
